My husband Ian and I did not come from privilege, generational wealth, or polished beginnings. We come from a rocky background marked by hardship, financial instability, and difficult life experiences. We understand what it means to start from the bottom and fight to rebuild. That journey shaped us. We founded I&H Investors on one core belief: second chances belong everywhere. Homes deserve restoration. Communities deserve reinvestment. And people deserve the opportunity to rebuild — including us. We are a faith-driven, family-focused couple rooted in Oklahoma who believe in putting God first and letting discipline lead. Real estate became our vehicle not just for income, but for transformation. When others see distressed properties, we see opportunity — not only to restore value, but to prove that broken things can be rebuilt stronger than before. We specialize in turning neglected homes into safe, revitalized properties that strengthen neighborhoods. As a graduate of Exodus House in Oklahoma City, I understand firsthand what stability after hardship truly requires. Recovery and rebuilding do not end with good intentions — they require safe housing, structure, and accountability. Because of that experience, we are working toward securing rental properties that will allow us to partner with recovery programs and provide transitional housing for graduates. Our vision expands even further. I am also a survivor of human trafficking. There was a time when I had nowhere safe to go. That experience fuels our long-term goal: to dedicate properties across Oklahoma as structured, secure housing for survivors rebuilding their lives. We know what it feels like to need a door to open. And now, we are determined to be the ones opening doors. Real estate gives us the vehicle. Restoration gives us the mission. Resilience gives us the edge. Our challenges have strengthened us. As an economically rebuilding couple without inherited capital or institutional backing, accessing traditional funding has been one of our greatest hurdles. The real estate industry often favors those with established financial leverage and strong credit access. We have had to build credibility through disciplined execution, creative structuring, and relentless persistence. We operate in a market affected by rising costs, tighter lending, and increased competition. Yet within these challenges lies opportunity.
